Ascot Care are delighted to welcome Paula as our new manager at Springfield Lodge.

Paula's Introduction.

"Hello, my name is Paula O'Neill and i am the newly appointed manager at Springfield Lodge and a new employee to Ascot Care.

I have worked in care management for over 16 years and have gained a wealth of skills and knowledge to enable me to meet the identified needs of residents, their relatives staff and multi disciplinary teams of people.

I am passionate about providing good quality care and developing a team of staff who are trained to a high standard and have the skills and abilities to meet the needs of our residents. Please feel free to come along and visit us all at Springfield Lodge and have a cup of tea/coffee and a slice of cake. Thank you"
