About Us

Ascot Home Care and Agency is an independent, family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the care industry.

The agency was founded in 1999, and have since gained an outstanding reputation for providing a professional, caring and reliable service in the provision of care staff to clients in their own homes as well as agency staff to hospitals, the mental health sector, nursing and residential homes.

Our family also own and run six care homes throughout the North East of England, and leading care providers through the north east region.

We are continually investing in training for our carers and always provide an exceptionally high standard of care and service. We are committed to quality, and have been awarded BS EN ISO 9001:2008, registered with The Care Quality Commission, Investors in People recognition, The Armed Forces Corporate Covenant (gold award) and member of the Federation of Small Businesses and the UKCA. We have won several awards for our outstanding care provision.


Personal Service

Our trained Nurses and experienced Care Assistants are all interviewed, referenced and pin checked. All our current staff have now obtained an enhanced level DBS that includes the POVA check and it is our policy that under no circumstances will any member of staff work without one.

We have a large bank of Qualified Nurses and Carers for you to use as a resource when you are short staffed. All of our staff have successfully completed in house training, which includes all aspects of care. We also offer clients and other health care professional spaces on our moving and handling and first aid classroom based courses, which can be delivered at our training suite based at our office or alternatively at your establishment.
