"Its great to see three staff named employee of the month and Marius as employee of the year. As we head towards the end of the year how about a pat on the back to all staff at St Anne's for coping so well with multiple falls, disagreements between residents, fretting families, a flood and christmas lunch time crisis. Professionalism, compassion can be seen in every member of staff and its both reassuring & heart warming to witness for myself in person"
