15th August- World Relaxtion Day

Many people claim that mindful thinking has an abundance of health benefits such as its blood-pressure lowering powers. On the 15th August it’s Relaxation Day and to mark the occasion why not take a look at The Guardian’s guide on How to Meditate in 10 Easy Steps.

Whilst not everyone has 10 minutes during the day to close their eyes and meditate, we all have 10 minutes to pick up a good book, make a cuppa or take the dog for a walk. Make the most of life’s little pleasures on World Relaxation Day this year.
